Amidst the pandemic, SeaWorld San Diego announced that they will be continuing their annual Halloween event. SeaWorld's Spooktacular is scheduled to run on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays beginning October 2-November 1. Attendees can expect a trick-or-treat candy trail, dance parties and a pumpkin scavenger hunt. The theme park is also offering a free child admission with any paid adult ticket.
Yesterday, the city announced that enforcement of all parking regulations will resume starting on Thursday, October 1. The enforcement will begin with a two-week grace period, where violators will receive warnings instead of tickets. Citations and fines will be issued beginning on October 15.
