San Diego County Shuts Down Bars, Breweries & Wineries That Don't Serve Food

On June 29, San Diego County ordered all bars, wineries and breweries that do not serve food to close. The order goes into effect at midnight on July 1, and county health officials clarified that as long as bars are serving food, through their kitchen or a partnership with a restaurant or food truck, they can remain open.
